Call the Paleo Police! 4 days of not so clean eating and drinking. Guilty as charged.
I spent the weekend in Dallas for my brother’s graduation. With my Whole 30 right around the corner (Monday), I dove right in to all things bad: beans, chips, alcohol, and the forbidden Krispy Kreme. I know, I know cheats make things harder in the process, but this weekend was a big deal for me and my family.
I’ve been eating pretty clean all summer and felt great. But in this weekend, I was reminded how bad those bad foods made me feel and how they indeed keep you wanting more. Not to mention pain I haven’t felt in months. My lower back was aching again and I had the reoccurring sharp pain in my hips that left me in May wheb I went paleo. My hypoglycemia came back, leaving me feeling weak, dizzy, nauseous, and with cold sweats. Not too mention a girl issues that i’d rather not go into detail over.
Conclusion: Bad food blows. Bring on Whole 30!
