It Starts With Food
I swear I should have majored in Nutrition instead of Human Resources because I love learning about the science behind food. Last night I finished reading It Starts With Food, by Dallas & Melissa Hartwig. It is honestly one of the best nutrition books I have read!
I have been playing around with the idea of completing my own Whole 30 for sometime now, but never committed bc I felt it was too restrictive and I’d fail. Now that I understand why it is so restrictive, I am definitely ready.
Dallas & Melissa did an outstanding job explaining the science and research behind the program. They give excellent tips and meals for success. Not to mention all of the online support.
I will be starting my Whole 30 on Monday. If anyone is interested in starting with me or if you have any tips for success, please comment.
